In the Launchpad program, you will receive HUF 8 million (€20k) in exchange for 5% equity, with a potential follow-up investment of up to HUF 30 million (€80k). You can find the details below, depending on whether you already have a company established.
Upon acceptance to the program, our legal and investment team will start working with you.
If you already have a company incorporated
- We will run an expedited due diligence on your company.
- You apply for the STRT Startup Factory program to receive HUF 8 million financing in exchange for 5% equity in your company.
- This HUF 8 million is made up of two parts:
- a non-repayable grant of HUF 3.7 million
- an equity investment of HUF 4.3 million
- You participate in our incubation program for a HUF 3 million fee (HUF 2.36 million + VAT), that you pay from the equity investment received.
If you do not yet have a company incorporated
- We will invest HUF 3 million and provide legal help to incorporate your company, in exchange for 3,6% equity in the newly incorporated company.
- You participate in our incubation program for a HUF 3 million fee (HUF 2.36 million + VAT).
- Additionally, once you have a company, you apply for the STRT Startup Factory program to receive HUF 5 million in financing from STRT in exchange for an additional 1,4% equity, increasing our equity in your company to 5%.
- This HUF 5 million is made up of two parts:
- a non-repayable grant of HUF 3.7 million
- an equity investment of HUF 1.3 million
For every startup, that completes the program and raises capital, we may additionally provide up to HUF 30 million in funding, subject to new investor conditions (matching funding).
Altogether, the HUF 8 million + up to HUF 30 million funding is about €20k + up to €80k.

This program is for teams who can dedicate their time fully to their project. Many projects start as an “after office hours project” until the founders feel ready to take the leap to fully dedicate themselves to the project.
