STRT Holding Nyrt. (registered office: 1015 Budapest, Toldy Ferenc utca 80.; company registration number: 13-09-185287) processes and protects personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
STRT Holding Nyrt. uses information and personal data (natural person identification data, e-mail address, telephone number, address, tax identification number, ID card number) about individual users for the following purposes:
- for the purpose of registration and contacting STRT Holding Nyrt;
- for the purpose of providing, monitoring, revising or improving the services related to the system;
- to identify the user;
- to communicate with the user;
- to manage the application procedure and to liaise and monitor the application process;
- STRT Holding Nyrt. to fulfil its contractual obligations and exercise its rights vis-à-vis the user, as part of its consumer protection procedures and for the performance of any similar contractual obligations;

In such cases, the processing or transfer of data is possible even if the user has withdrawn his or her consent to the processing or transfer.
In the event that the user’s personal data is disclosed to a third party by STRT Holding Nyrt. shares, STRT Holding Nyrt. complies with the requirements of data protection legislation in all cases.
In accordance with data protection legislation, users have the right to request information about the processing of their personal data at any time. This information is free of charge. STRT Holding Nyrt. will comply with such a request within 25 (twenty-five) days of the date of its submission. Through the aforementioned contact details, the user is entitled to:
- request information about the processing of your personal data;
- request the rectification, erasure or blocking of your data, except for mandatory processing;
- may object to the processing of their personal data in the cases specified in data protection legislation;
- in the event of a breach of his or her rights and in the case provided for in data protection legislation, to the relevant authorities and courts; and
- claim compensation for any damage caused to the user in connection with the unlawful processing of his/her data or the breach of data security requirements.
STRT Holding Nyrt. informs the user that the national laws of each country may lay down more detailed rules on data protection than those described in this privacy notice.
STRT Holding Nyrt. obligation to ensure the protection of user information. In order to enable STRT Holding Nyrt. protect the user’s personal data, in particular against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, disclosure, deletion or destruction, accidental destruction or damage, and against inaccessibility due to changes in the technology used, STRT Holding Nyrt. has put in place reasonable physical, electronic and administrative procedures.
