For business leaders and startup founders with years of leadership experience who want to learn, become better and more aware through new perspectives, grow and develop with their company. Our participants usually include entrepreneurs who have built billion-dollar companies as well as young people with a few years’ experience entering the international market. They have one thing in common – they want to learn, from us and from each other.

If a company is not developing and growing every year, it is not the market, not the team, but the leader who is stuck. Ourselves. And until we find the next step within ourselves, we cannot move on. Renewed content
For this summer, we have prepared a renewed theme with a number of new modules and several new speakers. So even if you’ve been on this course before, it’s still worth coming to get recharged. (And we even give a discount for returning visitors!)
Personal, intensive course
Over three days, from dawn to dusk, we will take the group through hundreds of our own slides and stories of the lessons, practical advice and underlying theories that have made a difference to us and our companies in building our businesses. The best thing is that the whole programme is interactive, so you can ask questions at any time during the three days you spend together, there will be time to get to know each other and talk about your personal, current dilemmas.
With family programme
What makes this occasion special is that you can bring your family! In partnership with the“Travelling with the Family” team, we plan to make sure that while you’re spending time with us, your family won’t be bored. Organised family activities, animators, tours for kids and adults, in a fantastic location at the award-winning Panorama Hotel in Siofok.

The venue of the event is the Premium Hotel Panorama Siofok****, a multiple award-winning child-friendly hotel located directly on the shores of Lake Balaton. The waterfront setting provides the perfect location for the event. The hotel has a wellness area with outdoor and indoor pools for families.
Surroundings
There are many attractions and hiking trails in the area, where we can take the family on an organised programme while you study with us.
Joint programmes
Although during the day, the family takes part in fun activities while the managers study, we spend meals together and organise joint activities. We are all expected to take part in an evening cruise, and there is also yoga in the morning. All activities and full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are included in the price of the accommodation.
Family programmes
You can find the detailed family programme here. The main feature of family programmes organised by the“I travel with the family” team, with animators and guides, is that they are memorable for all ages, not only for children, but also for their parents. According to the preliminary programme, the family will take a train ride to see the panorama, visit the Bella animal park, play bubble football, jump on the bouncy castle, get face painting and glitter tattoos.

Our own curriculum, with over three hundred slides, covers nine important roles of the CEO: the dreamer, the leader, the team leader, the user-friendly, the value driver, the face of the company, the money manager, the strategist and the visionary.
Exercises
Between the modules, I help you work through the topic with exercises, adapting it to your own company. The exercises are solved and discussed in small groups.
Interactive
You can always ask questions as you go along, but we regularly stop and involve participants. You’ll have more to say about your company and more concrete, actionable knowledge.

Each module will consist of 2-3 hours of interactive lectures and discussions, so over the three days you will be able to. We have 24 hours of “net” work together.

As only we know how. This will not be an academic paper on world capital markets. It’s not even a university meetup, where there are no bad ideas, just little realities. Not even the experts who have run everything after reading two books. Our speakers are the founders of STRT Holding, entrepreneurs, investors, company builders and startup leaders.
The basic principle of the lecture series is that each topic is approached from three sides , mixing theory, practice and personal experiencein a 1/3-1/3-1/3 ratio. So, as well as being accessible and enjoyable, it gives you a deeper understanding of the “whys” and concrete, immediately usable practical knowledge.

This summer, two areas have been highlighted for more attention alongside the others. One is our “Company Face” module, which is all about building your personal brand. We know this is the nightmare of most business leaders. We’ll show you why it’s inevitable and help you get started!
The other topic is our “Visionary” module, the now inescapable ChatGPT and the impact of AI on companies and business leaders. We’ll show you what it is, what it’s good for and how you as a manager can use it to benefit your company!

The series of presentations will include many concrete stories, real investments, case studies, and at several points there will be Q&A or joint reflection and discussion between the participants, so participants will be required to sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before attending.

Course attendance
Three-day professional programme, from 9am to 6pm each morning
- The course fee for one person: 349,900 HUF + VAT.
- If you have already participated in the Turbocharging for Business Leaders course, the participation fee for you is 249,900 HUF + VAT
- If you also bring a colleague, family member or partner, the participation fee is 249,900 HUF + VAT
Accommodation and board
Accommodation and full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) will be paid directly to the organiser. This is about. 190 eFt gross if you stay two nights and come alone. The specific amount varies according to the number of nights spent, the number of family members and the room type.
Family programme
Activities for children and adults, with animators and guides. While you’re learning, they’re not bored. If your partner or child comes along and wishes to participate in the programmes organised for them, the fee is 40 eFt gross per child and 25 eFt gross per adult.
Click on the “APPLY” button to fill in an application form. Applicants will receive an email with a link to the online contract after applying. You must complete and accept the contract online. We will then (within a few days) issue and send you an invoice, which you can pay by bank transfer or card.
Of course, you can buy as an individual or as a company. The invoice will include your details and we will send you a VAT invoice for the course purchase.
STRT Invest Kft will issue a VAT invoice for the course, which you can account for in your company. For information about accommodation, catering and programmes, please visit CsillOUT Travel Kft. issues an invoice, which if you are a company, is probably a benefit in kind, so there may be a tax deduction. That’s why we split the billing in two.
Of course, in this case, the invoice will be issued accordingly. Don’t forget to give your Community tax number if you are buying from an EU company! The invoice will also include the IBAN bank account number of the company to which you can transfer the money.
You can change your mind two weeks before the course starts, but if you cancel at the last minute, you’ll probably have to pay for your hotel booking. If something comes up, let us know and we’ll try to sort it all out.
The expected number of participants is 30-50. If there were fewer applicants, the course might be cancelled.
Of course not, it would not be realistic. We’ll cover the most important topics and, where possible, show you the important lessons through concrete examples, but beyond that, you’ll also face many challenges on your journey as an entrepreneur. Success will take a lot of experimentation, learning, trying and a few failures.
This is not adult education. It has no training objective, it does not aim to develop competences, it does not give you a qualification, it does not entitle you to anything and it does not promise that you will find a job in the labour market more easily because you participate.
